BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE COSTA MESA SANITARY DISTRICT

At the regular meeting of the Board of Directors of the Costa Mesa
Sanitary District held September 6, 1972, the Assistant Secretary, due to the
lack of a quorum, adjourned the meeting to Thursday, September 14, 1972,
at 7:30 p.m., City Hall (5th floor conference roan), 77 Fair Drive, Costa Mesa,
California.
