MINUTES OF THE REGULAR ADJOURNED MEETING
BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE COSTA MESA SANITARY DISTRICT
HELD AT 77 FAIR DRIVE
August 16, 1972
PRESENT: Directors - Glockner, Briggs, Rims, Warren and Porter
ABSENT: Directors - None
Officials Present: Director of Finance Oman, Attorney June,
Engineer Stevens, Manager Eldridge and
Assistant Secretary Angel.
The Board,of Directors of the Costa Mesa Sanitary District met in
adjourned regular session at 7:30 p.m., August 16, 1972, at the
City Hall, 77 Fair Drive, Costa Mesa, California, having adjourned
at the regular adjourned session of August 2, 1972. A copy of the
notice of adjournment was posted and delivered as required by law.
• The meeting was called to order at 7:30 p.m. by President Porter.
Costa Mesa. The Finance Director presented the Costa Mesa Sanitary District
Sanitary District Budget for Fiscal Year 1972 -1973. After discussion, Director
Budget for Fiscal Warren made a motion that the Costa Mesa Sanitary District Budget
Year 1972 -1973 for the Fiscal Year 1972 -1973 be approved as follows:
General Fund $1,541,761.00
Sewer Construction Fund 21,175.00
No. 7 Trunk Sewer Fund 20,184.00
Facilities Revolving
Fund 703 02.00
2,28 ,822.00
This motion was seconded by Director Rima, and carried by the
following roll call vote:
AYES: Directors - Rima, Warren, Briggs, Glockner and
Porter
NOES: Directors - None
ABSENT: Directors - None

Resolution It was moved by Director Porter, seconded by Director Warren,
No. 72 -257 that Resolution No. 72 -257, being "A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD
Setting Tax OF DIRECTORS OF THE COSTA MESA SANITARY DISTRICT OF ORANGE
Rate COUNTY, CALIFORNIA, FIXING THE TAX RATE PER CENTUM, LEVYING A
TAX UPON ALL THE TAXABLE PROPERTY WITHIN THE COSTA MESA SANI-
TARY DISTRICT OF ORANGE COUNTY, CALIFORNIA, WHICH IS TAXABLE
FOR THE OPERATIONAL RUNNING EXPENSES OF THE DISTRICT, TO PAY
THE PRINCIPAL AND INTEREST ON BONDS ISSUED BY THE DISTRICT,"
be adopted.
This motion carried by the following roll call vote:
AYES: Directors - Rima, Glockner, Warren, Briggs,
and Porter
NOES: Directors - None
ABSENT: Directors - None
Adjournment Upon motion by Director Warren, seconded by Director Rima,
and unanimously c ed, the meeting was adjourned at 7:55 P.M.
