Special meeting held at office of President TeWinkle, 7;30 P M, July 17th r9
1944.
Present: Directors TeWinkle, Dodd and Nelson. Attorney Anderson,
Secretary Owen and Collector Hedrick.
Collector-Hedrick stated that it would be necessary for him to
"Split" the route, fixing dates of collection for that portion
of the District lying South of Broadway and East of Newport, one
day later, viz., Tuesdays and Fridays, each week. This was
agreeable to the Board and Secretary was directed to have flier
announcement printed and distributed.
Mr'Miller and associates appeared before the Board for
the purpose of discussing possibilities of use of dump ground
as location for their adobe brick manufacturing plant. Agreed
to submit proposal in form at later date
Meeting adjourned.
