S taff wanted to determine whether our refuse contract with CR&R Environmental Services Inc. in rega rds to recycling revenues was unique or if it was a standard practice for cities /special districts to receive recycling revenues from their franchise haulers . After surveying 2 2 organizations in Orange County , staff confirmed that all 2 2 organizations (6 9 percent) do not receive recycling revenues from their franchise hauler . Staff will continue to research the remaining 1 3 cities.
