General Manager This letter serves to notify Commercial Cleaning Systems, effective
immediately, the District is no longer in need of janitorial services and has
Joan Revak terminated the existing agreement between Commercial Cleaning Systems
Office Manager and the District.

Services are no longer needed at the District's Head Quarter's Facility,
Robin B. 'Lamers located at 628 W. 19th Street in Costa Mesa. Services are also no longer
District Engineer needed at the District's Corporate Yard Facility located at 174 W. Wilson

Alan R. Burns A successor contract will not be awarded, instead, the District has hired an in-
Legal Counsel house employee to take over janitor services.
As per the terms of Agreement, all services rendered up until August 6, 2012,
Marcus D. Davis will be paid in full. Please submit your invoice and return your keys no later
