Subject: Reschedule Board of Directors Meeting
Summary
The California Special Districts Association (CSDA) 2012 Annual Conference will be
held in San Diego, California between Monday, September 24, 2012 through
Thursday, September 27, 2012. The CMSD Board of Directors, along with its General
Manager and Administrative Service Manager, are scheduled to attend this
conference.
The Board of Directors meeting is currently set for Thursday, September 27, 2012,
however, this date conflicts with the Board and Staff's scheduled attendance of the
CMSD conference.
Staff Recommendation
That the Board of Directors reschedules the September 27, 2012 Board of Directors
Meeting due to a conflict with the CSDA Annual Conference.

the August 20, 2012 Board of Directors meeting at District Headquarters and on
District website.
Alternative Actions
1. That the Board of Directors do not attend the CSDA Annual Conference and
hold the scheduled Board of Directors meeting on Thursday, September 27,
2012.
