MINUTES OF THE REGULAR ADJOURNED MEETING
BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE COSTA MESA SANITARY DISTRICT
HELD AT 77 FAIR DRIVE
August 20, 1969
Roll.Call. PRESENT: Directors - Rima, Briggs, Porter and Glockner
ABSENT: Directors — Warren
Officials Present: Attorney June, Director of Finance
Oman, Engineer Stevens, Streets and
Parkways Director Bogart, Manager
Madsen, and Assistant Secretary Angel
The Board of Directors of the Costa Mesa Sanitary District
met in adjourned regular session at 7:30 p.m., August 20,
1969, at the City Hall, 77 Fair Drive, Costa Mesa, Cali-
fornia, having adjourned by order of the Board of Directors
at its regular session of August 6, 1969. A copy of the
notice of adjournment was posted and delivered as required
by law.
The meeting was called to order at 7:30 p.m. by,President
Porter.
Resolution No. It was moved by Director Glockner, seconded by Director Rima,
69 -224 Setting that Resolution No. 69 -224, being "A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD
Tax Rate OF DIRECTORS OF THE COSTA MESA SANITARY DISTRICT OF ORANGE
COUNTY, CALIFORNIA, FIXING THE TAX RATE PER CENTUM LEVYING A
TAX UPON ALL THE TAXABLE PROPERTY WITHIN THE COSTA MESA
SANITARY DISTRICT OF ORANGE COUNTY; CALIFORNIA, WHICH IS
TAXABLE FOR THE OPERATIONAL RUNNING EXPENSES OF THE DISTRICT,
TO PAY THE PRINCIPAL AND INTEREST ON BONDS ISSUED BY THE
DISTRICT ", be adopted.
This motion carried by the following roll call vote:
AYES: Directors - Rima, Briggs; Glockner and Porter
NOES: Directors - None.
ABSENT: Directors - Warren
Adjournment Upon motion by Director Briggs, seconded by Director Glockner,
and unanimously carried, the meeting was adjourned at 7:45 p.m.
