Regular meeting Board of Directors of Costa Mesa Sanitary District
held at Community Hall Costa Mesa California May 4th 1944
Meeting called to order by President TeWinkle at 7:30 P M
Directors present: TeWinkle Nelson Lord Dodd and Norman
Attorney Anderson and Secretary Omen
Minutes of previous meeting read and approved
Proposed Regulations passed final reading and upon motion
by Nelson seconded byNorman same were adopted by the
following vote
Ayes: TeWinkle Nelson Lord.Dodd and Norman
Noes: None
Moved by Lord seconded by Dodd that Attorney Anderson
be directed to prepare a�! contract of the form and substance
hereto attached and made a part of these minutes. Carried
Moved by Nelson seconded by Lord that the President and
Secretary of Costa Mesa Sanitary District be empowered and
directed to execute such contract in the name of and for
the Costa Mesa Sanitary District Carried
The above aotion was taken after discussion of terms and
conditions of proposed contract and understanding reached
between the Board and Mr Jewel Hedrick designated Party of
the First Part to said contract
Secretary then presented again and a further revised plan
for group and graduated scale of valuations based on County
assessment roll valuations for year 1944 when and as com-
pleted, such plan meeting with tentative approval of the
Board and its legality approved by Attorney Anderson
Moved by Nelson seconded by Dodd that meeting adjourn
to regular meeting date first Thursday in June, 1944
