RE PROPOSAL TO BEGIN PROJECT
1112100-125 TELEVISING SEWER LINES PHASE IV
Gentlemen
Enclosed please find a proposal to begin Phase IV of the
televising program Similar to earlier phases the project will
encompass televising approximately 300 000 feet of sewer lines
and will disclose the existing condition of the main lines The
previous televising projects were instrumental in determining a
priority list for repairing sections of line with collapsed pipe
fractures cracks offset joints sags and root intrusion Over
the long term this program will find the problem areas so the
lines can be maintained prior to property owners experiencing
back-up problems
It is proposed to complete the design portion of the project at
the following hourly rates at a not to exceed cost of $8 500
Engineer $ 55 00/hr
Draftsman 44 00/hr
Survey Crew (3 men) 165 00/hr
Survey Crew (2 men) 145 00/hr
Please note that billing will only be for actual time worked
