BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE COSTA MESA SANITARY DISTRICT
HELD AT 77 FAIR DRIVE

The Board of Directors of the Costa Mesa Sanitary District
met in adjourned regular session at 7:30 P.M., May 15, 19689
at the City Hall, 77 Fair Drive, Costa Mesa, California,
having adjourned by order of the Board of Directors at its
regular session of T ?ay 1, 1968. A copy of the notice of
adjournment was posted and delivered as required by law.
• The meeting was called to order at 7 :30 p.m. by
President Porter.
Contract Awarded As a result of the report submitted to the Board by the
Hydraulic Cleaner G staff, regarding the evaluation of the bids on the hydraulic
Heavy duty 2 -ton Truck sewer cleaner, Director.Rima made a motion that the contract
Cab 6 Chassis for the hydraulic serer cleaner be awarded to Pacific Pine
Tool Company (being the lowest responsible bid submitted
meeting the specifications) in the amount of $100863.00.
This motion was seconded by Director Glockner and carried
by the following roll call vote:
AYES: Directors - Rima, Glockner, Briggs and
Porter
NOES: Directors - None
ADSENT: Directors - ? ?arren
Upon motion by Director Briggs, seconded by Director Rima,
the contract for the heavy duty 2 -ton truck cab E chassis
was awarded to Theodore Robins, being the lowest responsible
bidder, in the amount of $3,472.53. This motion carried
