Dear Malcolm
The subject parcel map was a part of the overall project
under Assessment District 79-01 One of the conditions
placed on S-79-381 was compliance with Costa Mesa Sanitary
District procedures
To date only Parcel 1 , Automobile Club has paid annex-
ation and Orange County Sanitation District 7 fees Parcel
1 Automobile Club has also entered into the Sewer Service
Agreement This leaves the fees for Parcel 2 through 4
still outstanding and due
I would appreciate receiving the status of when these fees
will be paid
