Contract - ORCO - 1963-03-29 ASSIGNMENT OF CONTRACT
In accordance with a Resolution of the Board of Directors of
Santa Ana Commercial Company, Inc of March 28, 1963, SANTA ANA COMMER-
CIAL COMPANY, INC does hereby assign all of its right, title and interest
in and to that certain Contract between Santa Ana Commercial Company, Inc
and Costa Mesa Sanitary District, Orange County, California, to ORCO
DISPOSAL SERVICE, INC

ORCO DISPOSAL SERVICE, INC does hereby accept all of the right,
title and interest of SANTA ANA COMMERCIAL COMPANY, INC in and to the
above described Contract, and does hereby agree to perform the same, and
to hold Santa Ana Commercial Company, Inc free from any liability, and
to reimburse said Santa Ana Commercial Company, Inc for any damages in-
curred by it by reason of the failure of Orco Disposal Service, Inc to
perform said Contract according to its terms
The acceptance of this Contract is in accordance with a Resolution
of the Board of Directors of Orco Disposal Service, Inc of March 29, 1963
