The Board of Directors of the Costa Mesa Sanitary
District met in adjourned regular session at 7:30 p.m.
April 19, 1967, at the City Hall, 695 West 19th Street,
Costa Mesa, California, having adjourned by order of
the Board of Directors at its regular session of
April 5, 1967. A copy of the Notice of Adjournment
was posted and delivered as required by law.
The meeting was called to order at 7:30 p.m. by
President Swartz.
Summons re Manager O'Donnell presented a Summons and Complaint
Lidke -Dixon of Walter B. Dixon, and DuWayne R. Lidke, vs Southern
vs So. Counties Counties Gas Company, a corporation, et al. Upon
Gas, et al motion by Director Warren, seconded by Director Porter,
and unanimously carried, the claim was denied ana
referred to the Attorney for the District.
New tax code After discussion, Director Porter made a motion that
area a separate tax code area be established which would
exempt Costa Mesa Sanitary District Annexations Nos.
99 and 100 from that portion of the taxes allocated
for trash and garbage fees. This motion was seconded
by Director Warren and carried by the following roll
call vote:
AYES: Directors - ? Warren, Rima, Porter, Belson,
and Swartz
NOES: Directors - None
ABSENT: Directors - None
Adjournment Upon motion by Director
