Street, Costa Mesa, CA 92627 (HSWC Job #68519) has been performed in full accordance with
the contract documents.
American Contractors Inc. hereby warrants, for a period of one year, unless otherwise noted,
from the date of C of 0 (Certificate of Occupancy) without reservations or exceptions,that to
the best of our knowledge, information and belief, all work is reasonably in accordance with
contract documents and substantiated when specified by manufacturer's recommendations or
approvals addressed to the project and included with record documents; and all work is in
accordance with applicable laws, codes, ordinances, and regulations of all known governing
agencies and utility companies having jurisdiction as evidenced by issuance of all known
applicable permits and inspections attached herewith. Nothing in this warranty is intended to
convey a wear or maintenance guarantee; such guarantees are provided separately by time or
assembly as specified.

We, the undersigned, hereby warrant and/or guarantee that the plumbing work which we have
furnished and/or installed for the above mentioned project has been performed in accordance
with the contract documents and that the work as installed will fulfill all of the warranty or
guarantee requirements included in these contract documents We hereby agree to replace at our
sole cost and expense, any or all materials adjudged not in accordance with the contract
documents or improperly installed, as well as guarantee the Owner and Contractor against
liability losses or damage to any or all parts of the work arising from said installation during a
period of one year from the Substantial Completion Date of: July 31 2010. If, hOwever the period
of guarantee is stipulated in excess of one (1) year by the contract documents, Subcontractor
shall be bound as specified. All guarantees will inure to the benefit of the Contractor Owner their
• successors or assignees, including equipment, warranties, ordinary wear and tear and unusual
abuse or neglect excepted.
In the event of our failure to comply with the above mentioned conditions within a reasonable time
as determined by the Owner after being notified in writing, we the undersigned, do hereby
authorize the Owner to have said defects, repairs and/or replacements made good and we will
refund to the Owner on demand all costs and charges therefore, including all collection costs and
reasonable attorneys fees.
