WARRANTY
This shall serve as a warranty for the Insulated Roll Up Door work, which we installed
for the following owner/general contractor Howard S. Wright Construction for the
Costa Mesa Sanitary District — Corp Yard project located at 174 W. Wilson, Costa
Mesa, CA 92627. All equipment is warranted against detects in material andior faulty
workmanship for a period of one (1) year from date of substantial completion. Should
any product be defective due to defect in material or faulty workmanship within the (1)
year period, defective product will be repaired or replaced per the original manufacturer's
warranty Professional Door Systems, Inc. is not liable for incidental or consequential
• damages. This warrants, does not include normal wear damage beyond the
manufacturer s control or replacement labor This is a limited wanant■ and there are no
other warranties expressed or implied. There are ru. other warranties, which extend
beyond the description on the face hereof
