manufacturer's recommendations or approvals addressed to the project and included with record documents;
and all work is in accordance with applicable laws, codes, ordinances, and regulations of all known
governing agencies and utility companies having jurisdiction as evidenced by issuance of all known
applicable permits and inspections attached herewith. Nothing in this warranty is intended to convey a wear
or maintenance guarantee; such guarantees are provided separately by time or assembly as specified.
