Thank you for the opportunity to submit the following proposal for Construction Administration
for the new building and site improvements located at 174 West Wilson Street in Costa Mesa,
CA.
The following is an outline of the services required to execute the Construction Administration
portion of the project
I. Construction Administration: Architectural $12,000.00
a. Attend weekly meetings with owner and contractor
b Review shop drawings.
c Coordinate engineers and consultants with project modifications.
d Respond to RFI's
e Coordinate with LEED consultant
Construction Administration: Structural Engineering $5,500.00
a. Respond to RR s
b. Review shop drawings.
c Review concrete mix design.
d Structural Observation & written reports.
Construction Administration:
Mechanical,Plumbing & Electrical Engineering. $1,320.00
a. Anything outside "Construction Support Phase to assist construction
manager
II. Fee Structure:
Our fees for performing these services will be billed at a rate of
Architectural: $125.00/Hr
Structural Engineering: $150.00/Hr
M, P& E Engineering: $165.00/Hr
This proposal is based on our understanding of the services required to execute the project. The
term and conditions agreed upon in previous contract shall apply If this meets with your
approval,please sign both copies, retain one copy for your files and return one copy
