The following Resolution was thereupon adopted:

. Orange County; California.
Resolution Relating to General Regulations,
On motion of H.P aul Norman, seconded by Otto M.
Dodd, and unanimously carried, it is ordered that
-the following Resolution be, and it is hereby
adopted; to wito
WHEREAS, the Board of Supervisors of the County of
Orange, State of California, did, by resolution
adopted on the 11th day of February,1944,find and
determine that proceedings had been taken pursuant
to Division VI Part I of the Health and' Safety Code
of the State of California, a s amended, for the
formation of a Sanitary ,District to be known and
designated by the name of "COSTA MESA SANITARY
DISTRICT ". and
WHEREAS; the said Board of- - Supervisors; did by said
Resolution declare said Sanitary District formed, and
did declare elected five members of the Sanitary .Board
and a District Assessor, and
WHEREAS,- pursuant to Section 6490 of said, Health and
Safety Code, the said Sanitary Board shall adopt a
general regulation to be entered iZ1 its minutes and,
.shall publish said regulation once in a newspaper
published in the district._
NOW THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY D ETERIVIINED , ORDERED -AND
RESOLVED as follows:
1. That the meeting place "for the transaction
of-Official business of the members of the
Sanitary Board of-the Costa-Mesa Sanitary
District, be, and the same is hereby fixed
' at the Costa Mesa Community Hall, located
on Test 18th Street, Costa- Mesa, California.
2. That said meeting shall convene at the hour
of 7 :30 p.m. on the first ,Thursday of each
.calendar month hereafter.
3. That said meeting in all respects, shall be
-held and -conducted •under Roberts Rules of
Order,
40, That the County Treasurer of the County of
Orange, State of California, is hereby d e-
clared to be the Treasurer of the Costa Mesa
Sanitary District, and the said Treasurer
' shall disburse funds of the District, only
upon viritten order of the Sanitary Board.

posted for one (1) week in three-public. places In
the Costa Mesa. Sanitary District., and shall be'-'
--.Published once in the,.Cobta Mesa Globe Herald;
a weekly newspape'r.of general circulation, ' ' printed

this general ..regulation, shall. take effect and be
in force upon the expiration ,of one (1) week after
