WHEFEPS the pasties hereto did on the 1st day of July
1964 entcr into a writte: agreenen providing for trash collec-
tion and disposal within the boundaries of the Costa Mesa
S _nitc.ry District and
WHEREAS said contract made provisions fo-_ rates-per
occupancy to be paid to the Concr cLor and
WHEREAS Contractor has made application to the Districi.
for an increase in said rate and
WHEREAS said Distiicb after due consideration has found
said increase to be warranted

NOW TPllREFORE for and in consideration of the coven..nts
herein contained performed and to be performed the parties
hereto agree as follows
(1) The District heidby agrees to pal, an additional
$ 075 per occupancy increase over the now existing unit
amount per occupancy paid to the Contractor
(2) Said increase shall be paid concurrently with and not
separately from compensations paid under the contract
dated July 1 1964 and shall be computed on the same
basis as occupancies are computed in the afore-said
contract dated Tuly 1 1964

(4) It is understood and agreed that this Agreement does
not in any way extend the cesm of the Agreement of
July 1 1964 nor is it meant _n any way to be a
cancellation of s id Agreement Contractor shall
take such steps a, are necessarl to properly invoice

provide any coverage of this contract necessary to
its bonding liability insurance workme.i compen. a-
