19 NOW, THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the cuvenants
20J herein contained performed and to be performed the parties
21 hereto agree as follows
2 2 (1) The District hereby agrees to pay an additional $ O5
23 per occupancy increase over the roil existing unit amount
?4 per occupancy paid to the Contractor
?5 (2) Said increa e shall be paid concu. rently with and not
26 sepa ately from compensations paid under the contract dated
27 July 1 1964 and shall be computed on the same basis as
281 occupancies are computed in the aforesaid contract dated

30 (3) All other terms and condition. contained in the
31 Agreement of July 1 1964 shall remain in full force and
