9 WHEREAS, the partie hereto di on the 1st day of July, 196
10 enter into an agreement providing for the collection of trash
11 within the district and
12 WHEREAS, sa .d contract was o:. the term of five (5) years
13 commencing Jely 1, 1964 and ending April 1, 1970 and
14 WHEREAS, CONTRACTOR and DISTRICT desire to renegotiate said
15 contract in order to stabilize di. posal costs and to prat/ As for
16 increased cap. ta' investment on the part of the CONTRACTOR and
17 WHEREAS, DISTRICT ha been satisfied with CONTRACTORS lervice
18 and feels that said service cannot be impro' ed upon at an
19 equivalent cost and
20 WHEREAS, CONTRACTOR desires to continue serving the DISTRICT
21 in the same manner as during the previou years
22 NOW, THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the covenants
23 herein contained, performed and to he performed, the parties
24 hereto agree as follows

26 CONTRACTOR and DISTRICT agree that the service contract
27 herein described shall be extended for a five (5) year period
28 from April it 1970 to March 31, 1)75

30 It is understood and agreed that the existing terms of the
31 contract of July 1 1964 along with the Addendum Agreements of
S2 July 1 1966 and April 1, 1968 shall remain in full force and
