Subject: Project#155 Sewer Master Plan Update
As a follow-up to the Memorandum to the Board included in the Board packet,
discussion was held with Bruce Mattern of Norris-Repke regarding performing an
independent review of the Sewer Master Plan Update. Bruce performs the yearly
review of the Capital Improvement Program Report and performing a review of the
Master Plan Update will provide the District with long term oversight as the Master
Plan Update is a long term planning tool.
Bruce has indicated he will review both the Sewer Master Plan Update and the
2002-2003 Capital Improvement Program Report for an engineering fee not to exceed
$1,500 and provide his review in time for the July regular Board meeting.
Staff recommends the Board approve Bruce Mattern undertake this work.
