Improvements for said project were completed on May 28, 1999 and
it is hereby recommended that the following action be taken
1 Accept improvements as completed and file a Notice of
Completion
2 Authorize payment of 5% retention 35 days after Notice
of Completion is recorded
Exonerate Labor & Material Bond after Notice of
Completion is recorded
Exonerate Faithful Performance Bond one year after
Notice of Completion is recorded
