ROLL CALL PRESENT: Directors - Norman, Porter, Thompson and Meyers .
ABSENT: Directors - Stephens
Officials Present: Manager Swartz, Assistant Attorney June,
Director of Finance Hartzler, Assistant Director of
Finance Oman, Engineer Southworth, and Street Foreman
Bogart
'The meeting was called to order at 7:30 P.M. by President Meyers.
Minutes Upon motion by Director Porter, seconded by Director Norman, and
11/4/64 unanimously carried, the minutes of November 4, 1964, were
approved as posted and distributed.
Financial Upon motion by Director Porter, seconded by Director Norman, and
Report unanimously carried, the Financial Report for the month of
November 1964, was accepted and filed.
House Count -` A communication was read by Manager Swartz requesting an addition
of 112 units to the house count. It was moved by Director Norman,
seconded by Director Thompson, and unanimously carried, that 112
units be added to the house count, making a total of 22,473 as
of December 1, 1964.
Annexation No. Upon motion by Director Porter, seconded by Director Thompson,
85 and unanimously carried, the public hearing for Annexation No.
85 (located on the south side of Adams Avenue) was set for
January 6, 1965.
Warrant Upon motion by Director Norman, seconded by Director- Porter,
Resolution No. Warrant Resolution No. 121 for the payment of $24,785.84 from
121 the running expense fund was ordered paid by the following roll
call vote:
AYES: Directors - Norman, Porter, Thompson, and Meyers
NOES: Directors - None
ABSENT: Directors - Stephens
Adjournment Upon motion by Director Porter, seconded by Director Thompson,
and unanimously carried, the meeting was adjourned at 7:45 P.M
