Costa Mesa Sanitary District CONTRACT CHANGE ORDER NO 3 PROJECT #161 WATER SERVICES FOR PUMPING STATIONS TO Atlas-Allied, Inc Contractor You are hereby djrected to make the herein described changes from the plans and specifications, or do the following work not included in the plans and specifications on the contract. At the Wilson Pumping Station, the Water District line was not in the location stated by the Water District, the line was 10 feet northerly and into the adjacent traffic lane. The line had been relocated and the Water District records were not accurate. Contractor had to expand work into adjacent lane which required additional traffic control, trenching, repaving, labor, and materials.
