Project Specifications:
In Section 7 3 Liability Insurance, at the top of page 10 the insurance carrier shall be
rated A VII or better instead of A+ XI as written in the Specifications.
Plans and Specifications:
Bid Item No. 8 shall be revised as follows: Contractor shall delete the cost of
constructing the water service, angle stop and repaving in Santa Ana Avenue.
Contractor's work shall begin at the angle stop and include all items on the plan past
the angle stop.
Bid Item No 9 shall be revised as follows: Contractor shall delete the cost of
constructing the water service, angle stop, and repaving in the drive area.
Contractor's work shall begin at the angle stop and include all items on the plan past
the angle stop.
Bidders are reminded to signify receipt of this Addendum on page P-8 of the
Proposal.
