SANCON 100 & 200 POLYURETHANE PROTECTIVE LINING
Sancon Engineering, Inc. warrants its Sancon 100 polyurethane protective lining system
to be free of defects for a period of five (5) years from date of installation During the
warranty period, Sancon Engineering, Inc. will repair any defects resulting from improper
installation or faulty material in an expeditious manner usually within 10 working days of
notification, under similar site conditions as the original work was performed. No cost will
be borne by the owner for labor or materials to perform these repairs. Inspections
should take place at regular intervals to insure prompt attention to any questioned areas.
Failure to notify Sancon in a timely manner of such an occurrence may void this warranty

Sancon Engineering, Inc. makes no other warranties concerning the product or
installation. No other warranties, whether express or implied shall apply In no event
shall Sancon Engineering, Inc. be liable for consequential, incidental damages or costs
