BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE COSTA MESA SANITARY DISTRICT

December.4, 1963
Roll Call PRESENT: Directors - Stephens, Norman, Potter, Hollister, and Meyers
ABSENT: Directors - None
Officials Present: Assistant Secretary Swartz, Engineer.Southworth,
Director of Finance Hartzler, and Street Foreman Bogart
The President called the meeting to order at 7:30 P,M,
Minutes of Upon motion by Director Hollister, seconded by Director Norman, and
11/6/63 unanimously carried, the minutes of November 6 and 20, 1963 were
11/20/63 approved as distributed and posted.
Public Assistant Secretary Swartz informed the Board that he had received
Hearing approval from the Boundary Commission of Annexation No. 82, being
Set Annex. a portion of the recently sold Orange Coast College property in the
No. 82 vicinity of Harbor and Adams Avenue. Upon motion by Director Stephens,
seconded by Director Hollister, and unanimously carried, the public
hearing for Annexation No. 82 was set for January 2, 1964.

Adjournment
Upon motion by Director Stephens, seconded by Director Porter, and
unanimously carried, the Financial Report for November, 1963, was
accepted and ordered filed.
A communication was read by Assistant Secretary Swartz requesting an
addition.of 130 units to the house count. It was moved by Director
Hollister, seconded by Director Porter, and unanimously carried, that
130 units be added to the house count, making a total of 20,464
as of December 1, 1963.
Upon motion by Director Porter, seconded by Director Stephens, Warrant
Resolution No. 108.for the payment of $20,733.67 from the Running
Expense Fund was ordered paid by the following roll call vote:

ABSENT: Directors - None

Upon motion by Director Stephens, seconded by Director Porter, and
unanimously carried, the meeting adjourned at 7:50 P.M.
