PROJECT SIGNOFF SHEET DESIGN AND PROGRAMMING NOTES.
The design and programming of Costa Mesa Sanitary District's new Website has been completed by
VPI.Net.
VPI.Net has integrated all content provided by client into the Website. Client agrees to provide any
remaining content (cited on the corresponding web pages as 'Coming Soon") before August 16th
2007 which both VPI.Net and Client have agreed to be the closing date of the project.
The aforementioned Website is complete and accepted by the CLIENT less any additional notes above.
Any noted outstanding items above will be resolved by both parties in a reasonable amount of time.

• Any bugs based on design or programming services found on the Website within 90-days will be
fixed in a reasonable amount of time at no additional cost to the CLIENT Content substitutions or
provided content spelling corrections are not considered design or programming bugs and are billable
at the current hourly rate.
Any additional elements, revisions, modifications are billable at VPI.Net's current hourly rate.
I hereby agree to the aforementioned statements and authorize VPI.Net to launch my product. I
understand that all financial lements must be resolved per the tenants of my contact with VPI.Net
