BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE COSTA MESA SANITARY DISTRICT

September 4, 1963
Roll Call PRESENT: Directors - Stephens, Norman, Porter, Hollister, and Meyers
ABSENT: Directors - None
Officials Present: Assistant Secretary Swartz, Engineer Southworth,
Attorney Roy June, Director of Finance Hartzler,
and Street Superintendent Heller
The meeting was called to order at 7:30 P.M, by President Meyers.
Minutes of Upon motion by Director Hollister, seconded by Director Norman, and
8/7 and 8/21 unanimously carried, the minutes of August 7, 1963, and August 21,
1963 1963, were approved as distributed and posted.
Financial Upon motion by Director Porter, seconded by Director Norman, and
Report unanimously carried, the Financial Report for August, 1963, was
accepted and ordered filed.
House Count A communication was read by Assistant Secretary Swartz requesting
an addition of 116 units to the house count. It was moved by Director
Stephens, seconded by Director Hollister, and unanimously carried,
that 116 units be added to the house count, making a total of
20,030 as of September 1, 1963.
Public Hearings Assistant Secretary Swartz advised the Board that he had received
set for approval from the Boundary Commission of Annexation No. 79 (a lot
Annexations on the south side of Adams, Tract 5289) and Annexation No. 86 (parcel
79 and 80 on Paularino between Bristol and Fairview). Upon motion by Director
Porter, seconded by Director Stephens., and unanimously carried, the
public hearing for Annexations 79 and 80 was set for October 2, 1963.
Warrant Upon motion by Director Porter, seconded by Director Stephens,
Resolution Warrant Resolution No. 105 for the payment of $20,758.67 from the
105 Running Expense Fund was ordered paid by the following roll call
vote:
