MINUTES OF THE REGULAR ADJOURNED MEETING
BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE COSTA MESA SANITARY DISTRICT
HELD AT 695 WEST 19TH STREET
August 21, 1963
PRESENT: Directors - Stephens, Norman, Porter, Hollister,
and Meyers
ABSENT: Directors - None
Officials Present: Engineer Southworth, Director of Finance

The Board of Directors of the Costa Mesa Sanitary District met
in adjourned regular session at 11:30 a.m., August 21, 1963, at the
City Hall, 695 West 19th Street, Costa Mesa, having adjourned by
order of the Board of Directors at its regular session of
August 7, 1963. The Secretary informed the Board that a copy
of the Notice of Adjournment was posted and delivered as required
by law.
The meeting was called to order at 11:30 a.m. by President Meyers.
Resolution It was moved by Director Stephens, seconded by Director Hollister,
63 -152 - Money to adopt Resolution 63 -152, being "A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF

Fund RETIREMENT OF THE BOND ISSUE IN THE ORIGINAL SUM OF $760,000.00
DATED OCTOBER 1, 1956." This motion carried by the following roll
call vote:

63 -153 - to adopt Resolution 63 -153, being "A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF
Fixing Tax DIRECTORS OF THE COSTA MESA SANITARY DISTRICT OF ORANGE COUNTY,
Rate CALIFORNIA, FIXING THE TAX RATE PER CENTUM LEVYING A TAX UPON ALL
THE TAXABLE PROPERTY WITHIN THE COSTA MESA SANITARY DISTRICT OF
ORANGE COUNTY, CALIFORNIA, WHICH IS TAXABLE FOR THE OPERATIONAL
RUNNING EXPENSES OF THE DISTRICT, TO PAY THE PRINCIPAL AND INTEREST
ON BONDS ISSUED BY THE DISTRICT." This motion carried by the
following roll call vote:
