diameter existing sanitary sewer pipes by Spiral Wound Liner Method ("RibLoc ') as
outlined below-

• Provide traffic control per WATCH Manual for our portion of work.

• Remst'te existing service connections by use of robotic internal cutting
equipment.
• Post-CCTV pipe inspection of installed liner pipe.

Conditions and Exclusions
Preussag Pipe Rehabilitation Inc. (PPR) ,s pleased to cff-r pricing to be used in the
preparation of your project. PPR will install the RibLoc Liner System in accordance with
the Standard Specification for Public Works Construction 2000 Edition `Greenbook
We are pleased to submit the following conditions in connection with the accompanying
quote. Any acceptance of our quote will include the following conditions and exclusions:
• Bond's, inspection or engineering fees, testing costs and liquidated damages are
not included in this bid.
• • Unit prices to prevail for pay purposes.
• This bid is based on award of all items of work we have bid. Reduction in
quantity may require a unit price adjustment.
• Costs related to reconnection of service connections are incorporated in the unit
prices for installation of lining system.
• It is assumed that all pipes included as part of this project are lineable and contain
no major obstructions or offsets that would impact our ability to perform the listed
scope of work.
• Any additional work and/or excavation required to remove obstructions, make
point repairs or reinstate laterals and seal is considered outside the scope of this
proposal.
• Cutting of Protruding Laterals will be an additional cost of$300.00 per lateral
• Proposal valid for 90-days from date of proposal.
