This Addendum is hereby made a part of the contract documents and construction drawings. Receipt of
the Addendum shall be noted on the Bid Form. The following changes, additions, clarifications or
modifications shall be made to the contract documents and construction drawings, all other conditions
remain the same.
Based on questions and discussions with contractors bidding on the job, the District has provided the
following clarifications.
1 The length of Segment 4 shown on sheet 4 is 200 1.1
2. The length of Segment 33 shown on sheet 4 is 264 1.1
3 Bid Item 14 should read `(2 spots at 4' and 8' min.)' instead of"(4 min.1'
4. Bid Item 28 should read `(7' min.)' instead of `(4 min.)'
5 Bid Item 59 should read 'Rehabilitate full length of sewer segment by CIPP method after
completion of Bid Item 58. instead of 'Rehabilitate full length of sewer segment by CIPP
method after completion of Bid Item 61
6. All Bid Items showing `Construct sewer spot repair at location shown' should read
`Construct sewer spot repair by CIPP method at location shown'
