At the regular adjourned meeting of the Board of Directors of the
Costa Mesa Sanitary District, held on August 15, 1962, at 12:00 noon, there
being no members present, the Assistant Secretary of the Board adjourned the
meeting to August 17, 1962, at 12:00 noon, at the City Hall, 695 West 19th
Street,, Costa Mesa, California.
