7 WHEREAS , a pumping station has been constructed e•cists
81 and is an operat.] on upon the property of PLAZA; and
9 WHEREAS , PLAZA desires to dedicate the pump site and c1 . '
10 , appurtenart equipment thereon to DISTRICT in exchange for DIST'?IC'.'S
11 agreement to operate and maintain said site and
12 ;i WHEREAS, PLAZA has met all the requirements of DISTRICT
13i in upgrading said station to meet standard specifications of

25 PLAZA agrees to provide the electrical energy service to
26 the pump site and to pay for electrical energy for the operation
27 of said pumping facility without cost to DISTRICT

2 ' PLAZA warrants and represents that it has met the require-
3 me.ts of DISTRICT'S engineer in conforming said pump site to
4 standard specifications of DISTRICT, and that the electrical
5 service as heretofore set forth will be provided prior to the
6 time that DISTRICT shall be obligated to assume care maintenance
7 , up:ceop and operation of said pumping facility

9 DISTRICT agrees that upon the execution of this Agree ;._.rL
101 and the installation of said electrical energy service to accept
111 dedication of the pump site and appurtenant equipment, and to
12 undertake the maintenance, care, upkeep and operation of sarcl
