tween the Costa Mesa Sanitary District of Costa Mesa, California. hereinafter
referred to as "District" and tiaffoll & McAdam, a co-partnership and Jeffers
son Scoville, as Trusteed for the owners of property fronting on East 20th
Street between the center line of "Aliso Avenue, no shown in Tract 42993 and
Irvine Avenue. hereinafter referred to as Trustee,

WHEREAS. the District is selling bonds for the installation of a sewer
line in Annexations 4130 415 and #1?. including the installation of a sewer
line on Aliso. Avenue and Irvine Menu° and continuing southerly on Irvine
Avenue approximately 150'; and
WHEREAS, Trustees desire to install a sower lino on said E. 20th Street
between newer line on Aliso Avenue and Irvine Avenue and continuing southerly
on said Irvine Avenue for approximately 1501, prior to the tiro that said
lino would be installed by the District and with the bond proceeds and
WHEREAS, it io the «efire of the District and Trustees to provide for
roimbureepent by the District to the Truotees for the cost of Trustees install-
ing said sower line,
N0'd, THEREFCRn, in consideration of the mutual promises and agreements
heroin contained, parties hereto agree as follows.-
1. Trustees hereby agree to inetmll, at their own ospence a sewer
lino on East 20th Street from the center line of Aliso Avenue to Irvine
Avenue and continuing south on Irvine Avenue for approximately 150', in accord-
ance with the specifications of the District Engineer
2. In consideration thereof, the District hereby agrees to pay to
Trustees the actual cost of the installation of said sower lino or the coot

for the installation of the said sewer lino es shown on the successful bid
accepted by the District for the installation of the sower system in An-
nexations ?13. 015. and 017, whichever is less.
3. The District shall reimburse the above amount to Trustees
at the time money from the sale of bonds ie available and after tho contract
is entered into between the District and the successful bidder in connection
with annexations #13, £15 and 417
