Based upon site visits, research Into City utility atlases and recent
experience, we propose to
REPLACE MANHOLE TOP SECTION
1 Remove/dispose of damaged frame and cover
2. Fabricate manhole shaft to accept new top section.
3. Place 5' x 5' square top section, 9' :hick heavy traffic rated with 30' round
access.
4 Backfill and repair asphalt.
5 City and district Tees of$235 are included
