ADDENDUM
A G R E E M E N T
' THIS AGREEMENT made and entered into this luigifiwgitgai
July,Ztaitlmojake by and between the Costa Mesa Sanitary District
of Orange County California hereinafter referred to as
'DISTRICT" , and Orco Disposal Service Inc a corporation
hereinafter called "CONTRACTOR"
WITNESSETHx
WHEREAS the parties hereto did on the 1st day of July
1964, enter into a written agreement providing for trash collec-
tion and disposal within the boundaries of the Costa Mesa
Sanitary District; and
WHEREAS, said contract made provisions for rates-per-
occupancy to be paid to the Contractor and
WHEREAS, Contractor has made application to the District
for an increase in said rate; and
WHEREAS, said District, after due consideration has found
Said increase to be warranted
NOW, THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the covenants
herein ,contained performed and to be performed, the parties
hereto agree as follows
(1) The District hereby agrees to pay :an additional;
$.075 Der occupancy increase over the now existing' unit
amount per occupancy paid to the Contractor
(2) Said increase shall be paid concurrently with and not
separately from compensations paid under the contract
dated July 1, 1964, and shall be computed on the same
basis as occupancies are computed in the afore-said
contract dated July 1, 1964

(3) All other terms and conditions contained in the
Agreement of July 1; 1964; shall remain in full

force and effect and shall be in .no 'way or manner
modified, amended orchanged by this Agreement other
-than at, expresely set forth herein
(.4) It, is understood. and agreed that- this Agreement does

not /nary way extend the, term of= the- Agreeherit. of
July 1, 19164 nor is it meant in any way to- be a.
*cancellation of said Agreement Contracter• shall
take such steps as are necessary to properly invoice
the District pursuant to this contract and shall-
provide any coverage of this contract necessary to
its bonding, liability insurance, ,Workmen's, dornpensa
tion or any regulatory .body having jurisdiction
