Contract - Costa Mesa Disposal - 1990-02-28 ADDENDUM AGREEMENT N0. 3
THIS AGREEMENT is made and entered into this ;;L(Ok day of February 1990
by and between COSTA MESA SANITARY DISTRICT of Orange County California herein-
after referred to as 'DISTRICT' and COSTA MESA DISPOSAL, INC a corporation
(formerly ORCO DISPOSAL SERVICE, INC ) hereinafter referred to as 'CONTRACTOR'
3 WITNFSSETH THAT
WHEREAS the parties hereto did on the 11th day of January 1979 enter into
a itten agrcanent wnerein CCU TRACTOR agreed to furnish all labor material and
equipment necessary for the collection of solid waste within the boundaries of
DISTRICT and DISTRICT in consideration thereof, agreed to pay the amount set
forth therein plus increases as from time to time were authorized by the Board and
which said agreement has been extended from time to time by a First Addendum
Agreement and has further been modified by a Second Addendum Agreement and
WHEREAS CONTRACTOR has changed its name from ORCO DISPOSAL SERVICE, INC.
to COSTA MESA DISPOSAL, INC and
WHEREAS CONTRACTOR desires to amend its agreement with DISTRICT to change
CONTRACTOR s name from ORCO DISPOSAL SERVICE, INC. to COSTA MESA DISPOSAL, INC
and
WHEREAS the parties hereto desire to set forth their rights and obliga-
tions in connection thereiwth,
NOW TORE, for and in consideration of the covenants herein contained
performed and to be performed, the parties hereto agree as follows
1 The Agreement of January 11 1979 the Addendum of May 12 1983 and the
Addendum of July 28 1989 shall remain in full force and effeLL except as herein
amended.
2 The name of CONTRACTOR herein shall be changed from ORCO DISPOSAL SER-
VICE, INC a corporation, to COSTA MESA DISPOSAL, INC and except for the name

change the provisions of the Agreement of January 11, 1979, May 12 1983 and July
28 1989 shall remain in full force and effect
THIS AGREEMEM" shall be binding upon the successors in interest of the
parties hereto.
