RELEASE OF LIABILITY
Levey Roofing, on behalf of itself and its employees, officers and agents, does
hereby release the Costa Mesa Sanitary District from any and all liability arising
out of the use of the District parking lot to re-roof the Goodwill Industries property
on an adjoining lot and agrees to indemnify the Costa Mesa Sanitary District from
any and all liability that may be asserted against it, by its employees, business
invitees or other persons, that arises out of the use of the Costa Mesa Sanitary
District property for re-roofing, including the storage of a trash bin. The
undersigned warrants that he/she has the authority to sign this document and
that a faxed copy may be relied upon by the Costa Mesa Sanitary District.
