SEVER RENTAL AGREEMENT
WHEREAS, Edwin K Hagen and Betty L Hagen, his wife hereinafter
deeignoted as the parties of the first part are the owners of the
following described real property in the County of Orange, -State of
California, described; as follows
Lot 250 of Newport Heights, as per map
thereof recorded in Book 4, Page 83, of
Miscellaneous Maps, records of said Orange
County
Except therefrom the Northeasterly 50
feet thereof
Except therefrom the Northwesterly 303 feet
thereof,
said real property is commonly referred to as the Superior Trailer
Park, and
WHEREAS, .the-COSTA d,:ESA• SANITARY DISTRICT , =herei-rafter- designated = -
an the party of the second part , has a sanitary sewer system; which
has a trunk line running down, Twenty-first Street , Costa Mesa,
California, to approximately the intersection of Tustin Avenue, in
Costa feta, California and
WHEREAS the Superior 'rrailer Park property is not in the
Costa '.less Sanitary District , although Petitions are now being
circulated in the area including the Superior Trailer Park property,
which Petitions when signed by sufficient signatures will seek
annexation to the Costa less Sanitary District ;_ and

!NOW; THEREFO.AE, it is understood and .agreed between the
parties hereto that the parties of the first part may make :a sewer
connection to the lime belonging to the party .of the second part on,
Twenty-first Street.;, for which parties of the first part are to ,pair
an annual rental in advance of $.240- 00 First parties are -to pay-
the first years' rent before the connection is made.
If_ the area including the Superior.' Trailer Park annexes-
- to -the Costa •Nesa Sanitary ;District and fihances d. Sewer program, the
-Superior T-raiier• Perk will, as soon as the party of: the second part .-
receives the- benefit from said plan, be relieved from the terms of
this, agreement
It ie further understood and agreed that the party of the
second part. may cancel thie agreement at any, time after the first
year by giving ninety ('9.0)-days written notice to the parties of the,
first part., and upon the Cancellation of this .agree tent the sewer line
shall be disconnected from- the mainline of the party of the second
part
