Effective January 4, 2010, the United States Postal Service will be increasing postage rates
for Express Mail, Parcel Select Mail and Priority Mail (which includes all First Class mail pieces
weighing over 13 ounces)
Enclosed is an order form to purchase the rate update software for the postage system our
company has supplied you with but before you commit to paying for another USPS rate
change, we would like you to consider converting your existing mailing system to one of our
new Intelligent Mailing 'IM systems and never pay for another individual rate change
again.
Our IM Series line of mailing systems include a number of advanced productivity features
plus, all IM Series systems include the ability to download postage rates through either a LAN
or dial up connection and regardless of the amount of times the USPS changes rates you
are covered. The new IM Series mailing systems require less ink usage too!
If you would like additional information on upgrading your mailing system to one of our new

You can also inquire about our special 'RC Refund' program where you can purchase this
rate change on your older system now and then receive that payment as a refund when
you convert to one of our IM Series systems.
This program is only available for a limited time and special arrangements need to be made
in advance by contacting our sales office prior to ordering the rate update

Electronic Delivery Charge is payment fur processing the cash advance to the Company' postage account and will not he
available fu the Company s use as postage. The Company further understands that the cash advance is to be used ulely to
enable the Company to purchase postage redit under its postage ccuunt, and the Company agrees to repay the Advance
Amount listed below within live business days of the date hereof. The undersigned further acknowledges un behalf of the
Company that in the event the Advance Amount is not repaid within five business days,(I)the company agree to pay interest
un the unpaid halanc of the advanc id any other amounts due in connection with such advance from the date due or
incurred until the date of payment at a rate equal to the lesser of(a) 18% per annum or(h) the mnsimum rate then allowable
