The meeting was called to order at 7 :30 p.m. by President Meyers.
Sewer Con- Finance Director Hartzler presented the Sewer Construction Fund Budget

Budget After discussion, it was moved by Director Hollister that a Minute

Minute Res. seconded by Director Stephens, that a Minute Resolution be adopted
approving the Joint Construction Revolving Fund Budget as presented.

Operational Finance Director Hartzler presented the Operational Budget (General
Budget Fund) for the Fiscal Year 1960 -61, in the amount of $335,8+3.00,
196o -61 for approval. It was moved by Director Stephens, seconded by Director
Porter, that a Minute Resolution be adopted approving the Operational
Budget (General Fund) as presented. This motion was carried by the
following roll call vote:

LEVYING A TAX UPON ALL THE TAXABLE PROPERTY WITHIN THE COSTA MESA
SANITARY DISTRICT OF ORANGE COUNTY, CALIFORNIA, WHICH IS TAXABLE FOR
THE OPERATIONAL.RUNNING EXPENSES OF THE DISTRICT, TO PAY THE PRINCIPAL
AND INTEREST ON BONDS ISSUED BY THE DISTRICT."

Adjournment Upon motion by Director Hollister, seconded by Director Porter, and
unanimously carried, the meeting was adjourned at 8:00 p.m.
