BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE COSTA MESA SANITARY DISTRICT
April 13, 1960
ROLL CALL Present: Directors Stephens., Norman, Porter, Hollister and
Meyers
Officials Present: Assistant Secretary Swartz, Engineer
Southworth, Street Foreman Heller
The meeting.was called to order at 4 :00 P.M. by President
Meyers.
Opening of Bids The President announced that this was the time and place fixed
Gisler Street for the opening of bids for the construction of a sewer truck
Red Hill Truck line known and designated as the Gisler Street Red Hill Trunck
Sewer Sewer.
The Assistant Secretary announced that he had received five (5)
bids. Whereupon, all bids were publicly opened, examined and
declared from the following bidders:
Jerry Artukovich $275,576.00
• Orange County Construction Co. 219;518.88
J. S. Barrett 226,252.72
Berdoco, Inc. 197,971.00
George Miller Construction Co. 367,819.40
Reference is hereby made to the bid on file with the Boyle
Engineering Company for all details as to unit prices and class
of work to be done.
On motion of Director Hollister, seconded by Director Stephens,
and unanimously carried, the bids were received to Boyle Engin-
eering Company for checking and report back to the Board.
Ajournment It was moved by Director Hollister, Seconded by Director Porter,
and unanimously carried to adjourn the meeting at 4 :25 P.M. to
April 14, 1960, at 12 :00 o'clock noon.
