WHEREAS, the County of Orange, hereinafter referred to as "County" and General Auction
Company hereinafter referred to as 'Contractor" entered into Agreement No. Z1000000018,
hereinafter referred to as "Original Contract' effective September 1, 2000 through August 31, 2001 for
auctioning and surplus property-related services and subsequently renewed as Z5000000018, effective
September 1, 2004 through August 31 2005 The County and Contractor's agreement for such services
was set forth in the Original Contract and its subsequent amendments.
WHEREAS,the County and Contractor agree to amend the Contract;
NOW THEREFORE,the County and Contractor mutually agree to renew as follows:
1 In Exhibit C, Proposal Revenue/Cost Summary, under I. Compensation, Paragraph A.
Auction service, delete A Buyer's Premium will NOT be allowed on any auctioned County
item.
2. In Exhibit C, Proposal Revenue/Cost Summary, under Gross Sales Percentage (Percentage
returned to the County) amend '88.54%" to read `95.54%." This percentage represents the
percentage of the revenue(not included buyer's premium) received from the buyer at the sale
of vehicle.
3. Except as otherwise expressly set forth herein, all terms and conditions contained in Contract
Z5000000018, including those terms of the Original Contract and it's
amendments/modifications are incorporated by this reference as if fully set forth herein and
shall remain in full force and effect as amended herein.
This Amendment modifies the Contract only as expressly set forth above. This Amendment does not
modify alter or amend the Contract in any other way whatsoever. Except as amended herein, all other
terms and conditions of the Original Contact remain unchanged.
