BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE COSTA MESA SANITARY DISTRICT
HELD AT '695 WEST 19TH STREET

Roll Call Present: Directors - Stephens, Norman, Porter and Meyers
Absent: Directors - Hollister
Officials. Present: Assistant Secretary Swartz, Engineer Southworth,
Attorney Dungan, Street Foreman Heller, Director

The meeting was called to order at 11:30 A.M. by President Meyers.
Engineer.Southworth presented. Plans and Specifications, prepared
by'..the'Boyle.Engineering Company, for the extension of a sewer
trunk line from Babb Street.to College Avenue. After thorough
examination of the -Plans and Specifications, it was moved by
Director Stephens that the Board of Directors of the Costa Mesa
Sanitary District approve the Plans and Specifications-for the
construction of sanitary sewers for the extension of the Gisler
Street trunk ;line; that the.Secretary is hereby authorized to,
publish, the necessary legal.notices,.to invite bids for the work,
said bids to be opened at 4 :00 o'- clock P.M. on April. 13, 1960-
The motion was seconded by Director Porter and carried by the
following roll call vote:
AYES: Directors - Stephens, Porter, Norman & Meyers
NOES: Directors - None,
ABSENT: Directors = Hollister
Upon motion of Director Meyers,' seconded by Director: Porter,
and unanimously carried, the meeting was adjourned at 11:45 A.M.
to April 7, 1960, at 7:30'1'.M.`
