Boxes may be destroyed at the customer's request at a cost of$12.00 a box.A Destruction Certificate provided.
IMPORTANT Once the imaged data has been delivered you will have 90 days to review all images.After 90 days all
original documents will be destroyed.

Change orders once files are returned are subject to restructuring/reindexing fee
For privacy reasons, please review your scanned data as soon as it's delivered as ECS only retains that back up of your
data for 90 days
