THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into this 6th day of March;
1958, by and between SANTA ANA RANCHOS, a California Corporation, hereinafter
referred to as "CORPORATION," and the COSTA MESA SANITARY DISTRICT of Orange
County, California, hereinafter referred to as "DISTRICT,"
W I T N E S S E T H
WHEREAS, CORPORATION is subdividing a tract of land in the City of
Costa Mesa, being Tract No. 3270; and
WHEREAS, it is to the benefit of DISTRICT that sewer lines be in-
stalled as hereinafter described by said CORPORATION; and
WHEREAS, said CORPORATION is willing to install said sewer lines as
hereinafter described at its own expense, provided that it receive reimburse-
ment as hereinafter specified; and
WHEREAS, it is for the best interests of said DISTRICT that said
sewer lines be installed and said reimbursement provided for,
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual promises and agree-
ments herein contained, the parties hereto agree as follows
1. CORPORATION hereby agrees to install, at its own expense, the
following described sewer mains
(a) An 8" sewer main on Sierks Street between Santa Ana Avenue
and Westminster Avenue, as shown on the Tract Map of said
Tract No. 3270
(b) An 8" sewer main along the extension of Westminster Avenue
from the Southwesterly line of said Tract No 3270 to 21st
Street, as shown on said map of Tract No. 3270
2 In consideration of said CORPORATION installing said sewer
mains, as above specified, DISTRICT agrees that for a period of five (5)
years from date of this Agreement it will not allow any connections to be made on
said lines, except as follows
(a) On the sewer line installed on the extension of Westminster
Avenue between the Northeasterly line of said Tract No 3270

and 21st Street, as above set forth, the sum of $1,290 75
from SHERWOOD FOREST b w1iOPERS #3, a California Corpora-
tion; 3404 Via Lido, Newport Beach.
(b) On the sewer line installed along Sierkes Street, as above
set forth, a sum equivalent of $1 31 per front foot of
property owned by the person desiring to make the connection.
3. That upon reimbursement as aforesaid, CORPORATION shall imme-
diately notify the DISTRICT, in writing, and thereafter DISTRICT shall be free
to allow connections without notice to CORPORATION
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have hereunto set their
