WHEREASMichael Izzi, Contractor, -of Temple City; .Californ a,
is under contract to;;'coi struct; the system of tsanitery, sewers in
the Costa Mesa'Sanitary District •for said District and,{is now
engaged,in Constructing 'said sanitary sewer system, 'and
WHEREAS , contracts are -.now being`made with property owners
for 'the. installation` of street connections- to the,sewer system
and connecting' house•'sewer's, all';in accordance provisions
of said Ordinance No. One , and
WHEREAS the party of the First Parttwill',•,require the
services' of a ';Civil:'Engineer duly registered under the -State of -
`California statutes '`for the engineering planning, and supervision
of construction of said street connections and.`house .sewers ,2.
NOW, THEREFORE,',the partyrof "the First Part- does, hereby .
agree to engage said. party; of •the Second- Part .to•'perform engineer-
ing Services as follows

l" Locate street connections and house sewers in such
• • a :.manner that , when constructed by;;contractor;
properly licensed to install said sewer' connections
the: actual locations of said connections may be
shown on "as built" drawings for purposes of perma-
nent record. ' .
. ;2,f, Inspect the materials, and itemscot eonstructionof
the installations during the c'ourse, 'of, construction.

completed" installation meets the construction re
quirements provided in ordinance Number One.
