HELD AT 695 W. 19TH STREET
September 26, 1958
Roll Call Present: Directors Norman, Hollister and Meyers.
Absent: Directors Nelson and Poster.
Officials Present: Assistant Secretary Swartz, Engineer Southworth,
Attorney Dungan, Street Foreman Heller.
The meeting was called to order at 12:00 noon by President Meyers.
Canvass of Elec- This being the time and place fixed for the canvass of the returns

as provided by law.
Resolution No.74 It was moved by Director Hollister and seconded by Director Norman

RECITING THE FACTS OF THE ELECTION HELD IN SAID DISTRICT ON THE
16TH DAY OF SEPTEMBER, 1958 be adopted. The resolution was
adopted by the following roll call vote:

The Secretary announced that Arthur H. Meyers, H. Paul Norman and
Ellis Porter had been duly elected as Directors for the Costa Mesa
Sanitary District. The Directors elect were sworn in and Certi-
ficates of Election delivered to:6ach.
It was moved by Director Norman and seconded by Director Hollister
and unanimously carried to adjourn s.t 12:25 p.m. to October 2, 1958
at 7 :30 p.m.
